Train your team to make video
worth watching.
A hands-on session that takes your people from setup to published, on the phones already in their pockets. No crew, no kit, no waiting on an agency for every clip.
One session.
Your team leaves publishing.
We do not hand over a slide deck and wish you luck. Your team shoots, edits and publishes real clips on the day, then keeps going with a system that fits into fifteen minutes a week. The skill stays in the building.
What your team learns
Set up
The two minutes that decide whether footage is usable. Camera settings, framing, consent done right, and deciding what a clip is for before anyone presses record.
Shoot
The four things that make phone video look deliberate: distance, light, steadiness and framing, in that order. Plus how to get a real answer out of an interview.
Edit
A repeatable edit on the phone in about twenty minutes. Trim, captions, one consistent style, music at the right level, your logo, the right ratio for each platform.
Publish
The publish-ready checklist, one shoot turned into a month of posts across every platform, and a filing and consent system that keeps the organisation safe.
How it runs
- 01In your office or on location, wherever your team actually works.
- 02Small groups, up to six per session, so everyone gets to shoot.
- 03Phones only. Nothing to buy, nothing to carry.
- 04Built around your brand: your captions, your look, your call to action.
- 05Facilitated by Leigha Dugdale, a learning and development specialist. Programme designed by Abe Neihum, ANPM Studios.
One shoot,
a month of posts.
Twenty minutes of filming, cut properly, is four Reels, a longer cut for LinkedIn and Facebook, a set of Stories, and stills for the newsletter. The expensive part, getting to the moment, is already paid for.
Ways to work together
Team training session
The core session. Your team producing publish-ready video by the end of the day, with a system they can repeat.
Advanced session
Longer interviews, multi-shot sequences, tighter storytelling, and a house style any team member can follow.
Coaching day
A full day on site making real content alongside your team, not exercises. Ends the day with published work.
Content review retainer
A monthly review of what you have published, with specific notes on what to change next. The one that stops the plateau.
Production support
When a phone is not enough. Campaign films and set-piece work, shot properly by our team.
Who runs it

QQI-certified in Training and Development, with a background in digital media design. She runs the room, so your team leaves able to do it, not just having watched it.
Abe Neihum
Founder and creative director of ANPM Studios, producing brand film and photography for brands, agencies and institutions. He builds the programme from what a working studio actually does, and leads the camera and video training formats.
