Usage rights to commissioned work are granted only as set out in the relevant project agreement, and material may not be copied, reproduced or reused without our written permission.

Quotes and engagement

Quotes and information on this website are indicative and do not form a binding offer. Any work we undertake is governed by a separate project agreement or booking confirmation, which sets out scope, deliverables, usage rights, fees, deposits and timelines. Where those terms conflict with anything here, the project agreement takes precedence.

Bookings and payment

Studio hire and project bookings may require a deposit to confirm the date, with the balance due as set out in your booking or invoice. Fees are stated exclusive of VAT unless otherwise noted. Cancellation and rescheduling terms are set out at the time of booking.

Liability

This website is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ANPM is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be limited under law.
