This policy explains how ANPM Ltd ("ANPM", "we", "us") collects and uses personal data when you contact us, use our website at anpmstudios.com, or engage us for photography and film services. What we collect

• Information you give us: your name, email, phone number and the details of your enquiry or project when you contact us or brief a shoot.
• Information collected automatically: basic technical and usage data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed and referring site, gathered through our website host (Squarespace) and analytics tools.
• Shoot material: where you appear in photography or film we produce, that material is handled under the terms of the relevant project agreement.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and provide a quote.
• To deliver, manage and invoice the services you engage us for, including studio bookings.
• To operate, secure and improve our website.
• To meet legal, accounting and tax obligations.

We rely on: your consent (for example, marketing you opt into); performance of a contract (to deliver work you commission); our legitimate interests (to run and improve the business and website); and legal obligation (to keep records the law requires).
