Privacy Policy
Last updated 12 July 2026
This policy explains how ANPM Ltd ("ANPM", "we", "us") collects and uses personal data when you contact us, use our website at anpmstudios.com, or engage us for photography and film services. We are the data controller. You can reach us at info@anpmstudios.com or 3 Denmark Street Great, Dublin 1, D01 NV63.
We handle personal data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Irish Data Protection Act 2018.
What we collect
- Information you give us: your name, email, phone number and the details of your enquiry or project when you contact us or brief a shoot.
- Information collected automatically: basic technical and usage data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed and referring site, gathered through our website host (Squarespace) and analytics tools.
- Shoot material: where you appear in photography or film we produce, that material is handled under the terms of the relevant project agreement.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and provide a quote.
- To deliver, manage and invoice the services you engage us for, including studio bookings.
- To operate, secure and improve our website.
- To meet legal, accounting and tax obligations.
Legal bases
We rely on: your consent (for example, marketing you opt into); performance of a contract (to deliver work you commission); our legitimate interests (to run and improve the business and website); and legal obligation (to keep records the law requires).
Cookies and analytics
Our website uses essential cookies needed for it to function, and analytics cookies that help us understand how the site is used. Embedded video (Vimeo) may set cookies when you play a film; we request do-not-track where the player allows it. You can control or clear cookies in your browser settings.
Who we share it with
We share personal data only with service providers who help us run the business, such as our website host, email provider, analytics tools and, where relevant, payment processors. These providers act on our instructions. We do not sell your personal data. Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; where they do, appropriate safeguards are in place.
How long we keep it
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected. Enquiry correspondence is kept while it is useful and then deleted. Records relating to projects and payments are retained for as long as Irish tax and company law require, typically six years.
Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email info@anpmstudios.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Irish Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version and its date are always shown on this page.
